What makes you interesting?

This is a dumb question.

And yet many employers often ask it, to filter out potential employees.

Guaranteeing they’ll not so much hire people who are actually interesting, as opposed to those who are quick to think on their feet.

No. Everyone’s unique. It’s a fact. It’s intrinsic.

Some folks just don’t know it yet.

While others are simply too modest to recall why.
