Two ways to start a business

Startups do one of two things:

1. They make something new.

2. They make something better.

Indoor plumbing is in the first category. And this is certainly in the second.

Point is, you either invent a brand new way to of doing things, or you come up with a better, cheaper, more enviable alternative.

The choice, as they say, is yours. Just don’t get stuck making both.
