Throwing paint at the wall
That's what it takes to overcome inertia.
To bypass the logjam.
To get through the first draft.
The sooner you can embrace the fact that the wall doesn't have to be perfect the first time, the sooner you can finish the first coat.
And then the second. And the third. And then (maybe) the fourth.
Waiting for it to be perfect the first time isn't only naive, it's stalling.
