The puffery of playing to win

A lot of people (and organizations) are prone to saying “we play to win.”

Thing is, who isn't?

‘Playing to win’ isn’t nearly as important as deciding (with intention) what game you’re playing.

After all, winning the wrong game is the same as playing to lose.
