The price of progress
Clickup recently bought Slapdash, one of my favorite productivity apps.
It’s since become a lot less helpful at assisting me in finding what I need.
It seems like everything Clickup touches is bloated and slow, and I wonder if there’s a product manager or a slew of stakeholders behind it.
Even with a recent update, Clickup has a lot to learn about doing things that are useful instead of merely flashy. And they have a long way to go before their interface is simple, intuitive, and powerful.
One can only hope that they spend their time not breaking things that are actually helpful and work to provide value instead of bogging down our productivity.
