The 3 person rule (to feedback)
If one person tells you something’s off, it’s an isolated opinion.
If two people tell you, it’s a mutual conspiracy.
If three people tell you, it’s likely something you should look into.
Hence the obvious solution (to all types of feedback): tally the comments.
Every time you hear the same thing three times, make note of it.
Talk it over with an expert, someone you respect, or ask your (true) fans.
Sure, it might be a fluke. A one-sided trinity of condemnation. But then again, it might not be.
