Take it easy
...just don't quit.
Here’s a general rule for any person aspiring to change their world, or themselves: quitting is an absolute no-go.
Not because there’s anything wrong with quitting (there’s not), but because persisting incrementally is significantly easier than starting back up again.
In other words, if and when you're truly committed to a project, keeping the momentum going (no matter what it takes) is always a better response than stopping and starting through a slog of inertia.
So...go up or over or around. Write a sentence or perform a rep, or floss one tooth. If you're not feeling up to it, take it easy... just don’t take the day off.
Persist no matter how small. Make mistakes, but don't quit. And remember that ‘keeping the momentum’ is all it takes.
