Start with enrollment
There’s a Nepali saying, “Handwriting looks like buffalo.”
The idea is that for people who can’t read, letters are merely illegible scribbles.
In other words, when you don’t understand something, it doesn’t mean anything to you.
So how can you possibly expect an ignorant someone to care about what you have to say?
Before you start spouting ideas and theories and lessons to be learned, consider the need for enrollment.
It’s one thing to teach someone something. Entirely another to help him understand why it’s important.
