Ride-sharing is more fun in the long run

If you need a ride to get from point A to point B, buying a Bugatti is a huge expense that costs more than it’s worth.

As is taking on a 60 hour a week job to pay for it.

Or spending your weekend (time you could be getting those groceries with your spouse) working because you have so much on your plate.

Or losing sleep over it, creating stress, habituating insomnia, and compensating for it through any number of vices.

Yak shaving sounds ridiculous when you think about it, and yet we all engage in it, some way or another.

Alas, recognizing it is the first step in acknowledging how it might be easier to take the figurative Uber instead.
