Pricing experiences
Charging a fair price for a job well done is a fine thing to work towards.
Because, many people are more willing to pay extra for a great experience.
The flip side is that you can’t indefinitely charge premium prices for a mediocre service.
Because if you do, many of your patrons will come expecting something better than average. And if you don’t measure up, they won’t bother to return.
What someone is willing to pay for an experience is relative to how it makes them feel.
The onus is on the creator to assess the value of the experience their getting, and to price things accordingly.
