Planning is (often) stalling
It's hard (emotionally) to expose ourselves to the risk of doing something that might not work.
So we stall and wait and do research, and go to meetings and ask for suggestions, and think about it more, and wait.
Of course, more planning doesn't help us make a better decision. Indeed, more time and information can often make deciding more difficult, not less.
Alas, more planning doesn't work. Trying things does.
