No point, unless
There’s no point in having a plan, unless you plan on sticking to it.
There’s no point in being informed, unless you use, apply, and benefit from the information gained.
There’s no point in dieting, unless you’re willing to eat only what’s on it (and throw out the food that’s not).
And there’s little point in buying a tool, an app, or a product, unless you frequently use it.
Too often, we focus exclusively on the point—on outcomes, on what we intend to do. And not enough on what must happen to make it possible.
