"No point in trying"
Often, we can tell ourselves there’s no point in betting on ourselves because we have no shot at succeeding.
Of course, if we do that, we miss out in the opportunity to have merely tried, and failed.
To learn by way of failure.
Not just learning how this method might not be the best solution.
But learning to sit with the discomfort. To expose ourselves to rejection. To come out the other end more confident because we now know what it feels like to have merely tried.
Turns out, there’s an incredible upside to trying, because consistently making an effort is the only (best) way to succeed.
