Making, scoping, and selling
I recently spoke to an entrepreneur who told me the secret to his success:
Find something that could be better.
Make it better.
Chase down who made it.
Sell them your better version.
Use their feedback to make an even better version.
Find others like them.
Sell your even better version to them.
Repeat steps 5-7.
That seems like good advice, because it is.
Of course, finding what’s broken is the easy part.
What’s difficult is chasing down success. It's not easy, which is precisely why it’s valuable.
