Loom & Zoom
Loom functions well as a asynchronous communication tool, whereas Zoom is great for synchronous, real-time, collaborative communication.
Here are a few tips to save time (and money) using both.
Don’t repeat yourself. If you ever have to say the same thing twice, it’s worth recording once. This is what Loom is good at.
Any interaction that requires real-time collaboration—meaning that other people need to make a decision together—is best done in Zoom (or a similar tool.)
Alas. Using Zoom to transfer information that should have shared via Loom (and vice versa) is a terribly inefficient (and costly) way to communicate.
