It's on all of us

This pretty much sums up my take on #blacklivesmatter.

Because they do. And we—collectively—have an obligation to end inequity of all kinds.

To dismantle our privilege. And to disrupt the systems that make it possible.

It’s not easy. For anyone. But it is our responsibility.

Because protesters protesting with like-minded protesters will never eradicate racial injustice on their own.

Changing the conversation from ‘this is someone else’s problem’ to ‘this is something that affects us all’ is the only way that possibly will.
