It's Friday
Years ago I wrote a post about how strange it felt to work out on a Friday.
And I realize now something I may have overlooked.
People who are in good shape tend to work out often. Many even work out every day of the week.
Which means that working out on Friday isn’t so strange for them.
They don’t often have to convince themselves to work out on a Friday because it’s good for them. Or because they want to get in shape, or lose weight.
They work out because it’s Friday.
