Anxiety is a natural reaction to stress. Feelings of dread or apprehension about what might happen next.
Sometimes those feelings help, but not often. Especially not when we marinate in them all day.
Which begs the question...if it hasn't happened yet, and it's not helping, why contract it? Why regurgitate the fear?
Give up the trigger and the response will cease to exist.
