Is it a sales problem?

There are plenty of businesses out there with great sales teams and a sub-par service.
And, many of them will hire a fleet more of salesmen before they even consider to hire someone who’s job is to help them make it better.
Of course, if you’re losing half as many customers as your gaining (by neglecting the quality of your offering), it stands to reason that can’t possibly grow as much as you’d like.
Maybe you don’t need more sales this year. Perhaps you simply need to find a way to hold on to what you already have.
