That’s the number one complaint most agencies get from their clients.

Most clients are fine (relatively) with slow progress or less than stellar performance. But large fluctuations in site traffic (or foot traffic) is what creates angst.

Not knowing why something’s not working the way we expect (or hope) causes both frustration and confusion.

All the more reason to have a reason at the ready for things that can't be easily explained.
