How to make a salad bowl at the grocery store
1. Grab an organic green mix.
2. Use the salad bar (if available), bulk (nuts/seeds/dried fruit) and available produce (shredded carrots, diced onions, cherry tomatoes) for toppings.
3. Grab a canned tuna or chicken if you want protein.
4. Bring a large tuber-ware container. Add all your ingredients. Shake til well mixed.
5. There you go. Healthy meal, on the go.
