How not to over-burn your eggs
Eggs are a tricky thing. If you set them on the frying pan with too much heat, they get too crispy.
If you cook on too low a heat setting, they look like snot. Gross!
They can’t be too hot, or too cold. It’s got to be just right.
If you want to do it just right, you’ve got to know when it’s just right. And the only way to know that is to do it and do it often.
Do it so many times that you know, through trial and error, the perfect amount of heat to apply.
Learn from your mistakes until you succeed. It works with eggs, and in life.
