How much is too much?
Nearly anything you could want comes with a limit.
A point of diminishing returns or one where consuming anymore is detrimental.
Whether it's harmful for your health or your happiness, your finances, or your relationships, is largely irrelevant. What matters is acknowledging there is a limit and that limit is.
A limit can either be self-imposed ("once and I'm done") or inflicted by an external force. But either way, there's a limit you have to comply with.
And, in most cases, the former is often the merrier.
