Most people are going to default to “great” or “bad” or “alright” habitually.
And because the question itself doesn’t have any constraints, it’s hard to know (or articulate) what to say.
Here’s a better alternative: What are three things we can improve?
Almost everyone can tell you a few ways they’d improve your product, service or experience.
And because you’re not asking them to gauge how they feel, you’ll actually get feedback you can use and implement straightaway.
Explicit questions are how you avoid vague (meaningless) answers.
