For a limited time
When a business offers a discount for today only, it doesn’t mean they can’t afford to offer you a discount tomorrow.
It merely means that by creating an artificial sense of urgency, they’ve found a way to encourage some people to take advantage of what’s seemingly available right now.
That doesn’t mean it’s a good bargain. Or that you can’t ask for it again tomorrow.
What it means is that people will respond to the fear of missing out. Even when it’s forced. Or when they actually won’t miss out on much.
