Five why's
Asking 'why?' five times is a terrific way to work out the why of anything.
Not just the top-down, ready-made reasons things are the way they are.
But the feelings, beliefs, and mindsets that people have about them. The limitations they have to grapple with. And the insights behind their explanations why.
Indeed, five why’s is often more than enough to get the crux of an issue. Not merely the symptoms and syndromes above and beyond its borders.
