Dissecting utility
If something does what it supposed to do, it's effective.
If it's effective with minimal effort, it's considered efficient.
And if it's easy and enjoyable to use, we call it delightful.
Two notes on that last one:
Delightful things are one’s that people talk about, comment on, and share.
Since they're easier to use, they often make people more productive…which is enough to justify their premium price.
