Difficult business decisions
Talking to users is hard.
Completing ERRC grids is hard.
So is building permission.
Perhaps when people say that starting a business is an uphill climb, what they mean is that not making tough choices at the start can make it extremely difficult to differentiate yourself later, which can make the entire process arduous.
But that with a great deal of preparation—in doing things that most folk’s ignore—it is possible to create something that allows for a relatively smooth downhill decent.
