Not the things you want them to know. Not your mission or your story or your values.
Not what you do or why you do it well. But the information they were hoping to find all along.
This page is a great example.
It’s not obtrusive or hard to read. It’s not bloated; there’s not much there.
Instead, they share what their users need to know to know they can count on them. And, they provide a simple, albeit well-crafted way to get started.
For many businesses (particularly local ones), that’s all you need.
