Competitor actions
Lots of business owner’s want to know who their competitors are and rightfully so, because copying from what’s working is among the fastest ways to grow.
The problem is when we eagerly look into who our competitor’s are, without asking why they’re our competitors to begin with.
Knowing your rivals isn't helpful unless you understand in what ways they’re beating you and why, which is why understanding their actions is more important than knowing who’s winning.
