Spouting words as fast as possible might make you a great auctioneer. But it certainly doesn’t make you a good communicator (and it doesn't make you sound smart, either).

If you have something to say, please say it slowly, with intention. 

Slow enough that I can assimilate it. Clear enough that I can comprehend it.
